Our commitment
CHOBEE aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is treated as part of design review, not a later fix, and every new surface is checked before it ships.
What we build in
Full keyboard navigation with visible focus, touch targets of at least 44px, text contrast that meets AA, semantic headings and landmarks, alternative text on meaningful imagery, and labelled form controls with clear error messages.
Motion and media
We keep animation subtle and honour reduced-motion preferences. Video posted by the community plays only on user action and never auto-plays with sound.
Known limitations
Some community-uploaded images do not carry descriptive alternative text because authors supply it voluntarily. We are working on prompting authors for descriptions at upload time.
