What we collect
Your account email, username, display name, birthdate (for 13+ age verification), profile photo, bio, votes, saved items and anything you post. We also keep basic technical logs to keep the app running.
How we use it
To run your account, rank items by community votes, show your saved picks, keep the community safe and send the notifications you've chosen in Settings.
Marketing
We only send marketing, promotions and personalized recommendations if you opted in. You can turn this off any time in Settings → Notifications, and we stop immediately. Essential emails (verification, password resets, security alerts) always send.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share only with the service providers that host our app, database and email delivery, and where the law requires it.
Your rights
Request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or delete your account at any time. Use Settings → Privacy & data, or write to privacy@chobee.site.
